ІНФОРМАЦІЙНЕ СУСПІЛЬСТВО: ТРАНСФОРМАЦІЯ ВІД ІНДУСТРІЇ ЗНАНЬ ДО ЦИФРОВІЗАЦІЇ

Стаття присвячена дослідженню концепції «Інформаційного суспільства» та визначення ключових складових її формування. Наведено хронологію концепції «інформаційного суспільства» від «Індустрія знань» Ф. Махлупа та «Інформаційної економіки» М. Пората до «Постіндустріального суспільства» Д.Белла. Розглянуто основні тези серії робіт Ф.Уебстера в яких проаналізовано десятки монографій по темі «Інформаційного суспільства» та його критика Л.Карвалікса. В статті наведено наше бачення основних складових формування соціально-економічної концепції майбутнього «Інформаційного суспільства», враховуючи вплив дизруптивних інновацій четвертої промислової революції. Перспективою подальших досліджень стануть формулювання критеріїв побудови стійкої екосистеми інформації, знань та технологій, майбутнього «Інформаційного суспільства».
